We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of purchase.

If you need to return an item, please ensure it is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Return requests must be made within 10 days of purchase. Unfortunately, items sent back after this period may not be accepted.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically taking 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details to follow its journey to you.

Our products are thoughtfully sourced from trusted suppliers and manufacturers based in Dubai and Egypt.

We offer nationwide shipping across South Africa at a flat rate of R69.
